Bespoke Property is a small firm which has been working within Herefordshire and the surrounding counties for over five years. As a company we specialise in individual country properties. Our goal is to provide our landlords with good long-term tenants and our tenants a fabulous long-term home owned by good responsible landlords.
The last few months have been a challenging time for all but this has also highlighted the benefits of country living, now no longer seen as a compromise but as highly desirable by so many. With no certainty to the end of the pandemic it is time to embrace change and find new ways forward to enable a sense of normality.
With this in mind we are now making detailed video tours of each of our properties, alongside our regular professional photography and floorplans. The videos are detailed so they not only show the house but also the surrounding area; this is a great help to those looking from afar!
Each property is offered online via Rightmove with a marker indicating that a video tour of the property is available. The whole process is thus both safer and more practical.
